What is the Length of Stay?Each family can stay for a maximum of seven days.What is the Approval Process?Families wishing to stay at Ronald McDonald Family Retreat Fiona Lodge Batemans Bay must complete and return the Application Form below. The committee requests the application form contain supporting documentation or a referral letter from their specialist, social worker or doctor. All applications must be approved by the selection panel. On approval a reservation number will be issued to the applicants. From here the applicants contact the booking agents on a toll free phone number, quoting the reservation number and book the best available time. Proof of identity will be required on arrival and a credit card imprint will be required as a bond.
