The family must be accompanied by an immediate family member with a serious or life threatening illness. N.B. illness not a disability. This illness will be confirmed with your doctor or appropriately qualified person. There is no age restriction on the family member with the serious illness. The facility is not designed to cater for infectious diseases or people with extreme mobility difficulties. The delicate health status of our guests means Fiona Lodge Ronald McDonald Beach House is a non-smoking facility.

Each family can stay for a maximum of seven days.

Families wishing to stay at Fiona Lodge Ronald McDonald Beach House must complete and return the Application Form below. All applications must be approved by the selection panel. On approval a reservation number will be issued to the applicants. From here the applicants contact the booking agents on a toll free phone number, quoting the reservation number and book the best available time. Proof of identity will be required on arrival and a credit card imprint will be required as a bond. No correspondence will be entered into and the committee decision on eligibility will be final.
